When to arrive
Standard check-in is 2pm–11:30pm and checkout is by 10am. Reception is open 9am–11:30pm. Early check-in from 10am and late checkout before 12pm cost NZ$10 each, by prior arrangement with reception and subject to availability.

01 / COVERED DRIVEWAY Look for Saffron
Follow the covered driveway beside the brick station building. The entrance is under the canopy, beside the Saffron signage.
02 / ENTRANCE DOORS Enter here
Use these glass doors beside the signboards. They lead into the station’s large main hall.
03 / MAIN HALL Turn left
Once inside the main hall, turn left through the glass doors beneath the large clock into the next lobby.
04 / RECEPTION Check in here
The reception counter is on your left. Look for the “Check-in” sign; the desk also has Grand Central signage. Show your Georgie booking confirmation.

Arriving after hours?
Arrange your expected arrival time with us before travelling. Follow your emailed instructions to complete self-check-in online and collect your key at the entrance. Call the duty phone on 021 444 889 if you need help.
Keep access details handy
Your swipe card opens the building access doors, your dorm and your locker. Room directions vary, so follow your separate room-specific instructions. Return your card before leaving to avoid a penalty. Most dorms have lift access, but some require stairs. Contact us before booking if you need an accessible route.
The drive from Auckland Airport takes about 25 minutes in normal traffic; actual travel time varies. We do not offer an airport pickup or transfer service.
Parking at the front of the building costs NZ$15 per night, subject to availability; arrange and pay at reception. Vehicle limits may apply; check suitability with reception. Luggage storage is free within the same day, or NZ$2 per day per item for longer storage. Drop off and collect during office hours. Collection after 11pm requires prior arrangement; reception staff check the building between 11pm and 11:30pm and are away from the desk. Confirm collection times with reception.
